Last Updated: January 2026

At PMF Labs AI ("we," "our," or "us"), protecting your privacy is a priority. This Privacy Policy describes how we gather, utilize, share, and safeguard personal information when you interact with our website (https://pmflabs.ai) and our services (together, the "Platform").

By accessing or using our Platform, you acknowledge and accept the practices outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these practices, please refrain from using our Platform.

1. Information We Gather

1.1 Candidate Professional Information

To power our talent discovery features, we gather professional information about job candidates from multiple channels:

  • (a) Publicly accessible sources, such as online professional profiles, published resumes, and career portfolios;
  • (b) Professional networking platforms and social media sites;
  • (c) Licensed data vendors and business information providers;
  • (d) Information submitted or corrected directly by our customers.

Candidate information typically includes: full name, contact details (email, phone), educational background, employment history, current and past job titles, professional competencies, certifications, and other career-related details.

We deliberately avoid gathering sensitive personal data—including medical conditions, political views, religious beliefs, ethnic origin, or sexual orientation—from any of our data sources.

We may derive additional professional insights about candidates based on patterns in their profile information.

1.2 Customer and Visitor Information

When you register, reach out to us, or engage with our Platform, we may gather:

  • (a) Identity and contact details: your name, email, and phone number;
  • (b) Account details: login credentials, subscription information, payment data;
  • (c) Correspondence: messages you send us, support tickets, and feedback;
  • (d) Communication preferences: your choices regarding marketing and updates from us.

1.3 Technical and Usage Information

When you interact with our Platform, we automatically capture certain technical data, including: device specifications (operating system, browser version, screen resolution), network information (IP address, approximate geographic region), and engagement metrics (features used, session duration, navigation patterns).

We utilize cookies and comparable tracking technologies to gather this information. You can adjust cookie settings through your browser preferences.

1.4 Social Authentication

If you opt to authenticate via LinkedIn, Google, or another identity provider, we receive only the profile information permitted by the authorization scopes you approve (typically your name, email, and profile image). We access only what you expressly authorize. You retain the ability to disconnect these integrations at any time through the respective platform's settings.

2. How We Utilize Information

2.1 Candidate Information

We utilize candidate professional data to enable our customers to identify, research, and connect with prospective hires. This powers our search capabilities, matching algorithms, and talent analytics. Candidates may request removal from our systems at any time (see Section 7).

2.2 Customer and Visitor Information

We utilize customer and visitor information to: deliver, operate, and maintain our Platform; process payments and fulfill orders; address inquiries and provide assistance; deliver marketing communications (where you have consented or where permitted by law); personalize and improve our Platform experience; detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity; and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

3. AI Technology and Third-Party Services

PMF Labs AI incorporates artificial intelligence capabilities, including technology from external providers like OpenAI, to deliver Platform features.

We have implemented contractual safeguards with these AI providers: they are prohibited from utilizing your data for model training purposes, and they must delete your data within 30 days unless retention is legally mandated.

4. Information Sharing

We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

  • (a) With customers: Candidate data is shared with our customers to support their recruitment activities;
  • (b) With operational partners: Vendors that help us run the Platform (cloud infrastructure, payment processors, analytics tools, customer support systems);
  • (c) With AI technology providers: Subject to the data protection commitments described in Section 3;
  • (d) With professional consultants: Legal counsel, accountants, and advisors when necessary;
  • (e) With authorities: Law enforcement or regulators when legally compelled or to protect our rights;
  • (f) In corporate transactions: Potential acquirers or successors in connection with a merger, sale, or restructuring.

We do not sell personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Protection Measures

We employ reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction. Access to personal data is limited to personnel with a legitimate business need.

However, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot provide absolute guarantees regarding the security of information transmitted to or stored by our Platform.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, satisfy legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Once information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

7. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights concerning your personal information:

  • (a) Access: Obtain a copy of the personal information we maintain about you;
  • (b) Correction: Request that we update inaccurate or incomplete information;

  • (d) Opt-out: Request removal from our candidate database or opt-out of data sharing;
  • (e) Data portability: Where applicable, receive your data in a structured, portable format.

To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@pmflabs.ai. We will respond within 30 days of receiving your request.

If you are a job candidate seeking removal from our database, we will exclude your information from search results and discontinue any use or sharing of your data going forward.

8. Cross-Border Data Transfers
