Welcome to PMF Labs AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). Please review these Terms carefully before using our Platform.

PMF Labs AI offers AI-driven talent discovery, recruitment solutions, mock interviews, and professional development tools designed for recruiters, hiring managers, and talent acquisition teams.

1. Agreement to Terms

By registering for an account, accessing, or utilizing our Platform, you confirm that you have reviewed, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

If you are acting on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the necessary authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Platform Overview

PMF Labs AI provides a technology platform that enables customers to identify, evaluate, and connect with prospective job candidates. Our offerings include talent search and discovery features, intelligent candidate matching, communication tools, interview preparation resources, and associated recruitment capabilities.

Our Platform incorporates artificial intelligence technologies, including solutions from providers such as OpenAI. We maintain strict data handling practices with these providers: they are contractually prohibited from using your data to train their models, and are required to purge your data within 30 days except where legal obligations require otherwise.

3. Your Account

Access to certain Platform features requires account registration. You commit to providing truthful, current, and complete information when registering and to maintaining the accuracy of this information over time.

You bear full responsibility for protecting your login credentials and for any actions taken through your account. You must alert us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You commit to using the Platform responsibly and lawfully. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • (a) Attempting to access, decode, or reconstruct any proprietary technology, source code, underlying logic, or technical architecture of the Platform through reverse engineering, decompilation, or similar methods;
  • (b) Creating adaptations, modifications, or derivative products based on the Platform without express authorization;
  • (c) Operating the Platform as a service bureau, sharing access with third parties, or allowing others to benefit from your subscription;
  • (d) Employing automated tools, scripts, bots, or crawlers to extract, harvest, or systematically download data or content from the Platform;
  • (e) Developing competing products or replicating Platform functionality based on insights gained through your use;
  • (f) Applying the Platform or its outputs beyond legitimate talent acquisition, human resources, and closely related professional purposes;
  • (g) Leveraging Platform data or outputs for mass marketing, unsolicited outreach, lead generation unrelated to hiring, data brokerage, or redistribution to third parties;
  • (h) Feeding Platform outputs or derived data into machine learning systems, artificial intelligence training pipelines, or foundation model development—whether for internal use or to build solutions that compete with PMF Labs AI;
  • (i) Presenting AI-generated outputs as purely human-created work without disclosure;
  • (j) Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

PMF Labs AI retains complete ownership of the Platform, including all software, technology, designs, enhancements, and related intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

6. Platform Outputs

The Platform may produce candidate profiles, analytics, recommendations, reports, and other generated content ("Outputs") based on your queries and available data. You may utilize Outputs for your internal hiring and talent management activities, subject to these Terms.

You acknowledge that Outputs are generated through automated processes and may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for verifying the suitability and accuracy of any Outputs before relying on them for decisions.

7. Fees and Payment

Some Platform features require paid subscriptions or credits. You agree to pay all applicable fees as displayed on our website or communicated in your order. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all payments are final and non-refundable.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing with thirty (30) days' advance notice. Continuing to use the Platform after a price change indicates your acceptance of the updated fees.

8. Duration and Termination

These Terms remain effective until terminated by either party. You or PMF Labs AI may end this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. We may terminate immediately if you materially breach these Terms or fail to pay amounts owed.

Upon termination, your Platform access ends immediately. We may retain Your Data for thirty (30) days following termination, after which it may be permanently deleted. Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability limitations, indemnification, and other terms intended to survive will remain in effect after termination.

9. No Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PMF Labs AI expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, nor do we warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the Platform.

10. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PMF Labs AI, including its directors, officers, employees, partners, and service providers, shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages. This includes, without limitation, damages for lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or procurement of substitute services.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to PMF Labs AI during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the claim.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory under which liability is sought, whether contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, and even if PMF Labs AI was aware of the possibility of such damages.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

12. Updates to These Terms

PMF Labs AI may revise these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through our website or via email notification. Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. General Provisions

If any portion of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and PMF Labs AI concerning the Platform and supersede all prior discussions and agreements.

Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. You may not transfer or assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. PMF Labs AI may freely assign these Terms.
